These terms apply to your use of ombrava.shop and to any order you place
with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ombrava is a sole proprietorship operated by Rohit Jindal in Surrey,

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a
confirmation email. We may decline an order - for example if an item is
out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your
address - and if we do, we will refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes shown at
checkout. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but if
an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you
before shipping and you may cancel.

Products

Product images are representative. Natural products such as animal-based
chews vary in exact size, shape and colour between pieces. This is normal
and is not a defect.

Our pet products are treats and chews. They are not veterinary medicine
and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Supervise
your pet while they use them, and provide fresh water.

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy,
which form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are
responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The text, images and layout on this site belong to us or to our suppliers.
Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition
described. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms
limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law, and where those
rights conflict with these terms, those rights win.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order
is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of
Canada that apply there.
