30-day returns. If you are not happy with an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ombravashop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened pet treats and chews cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; if a chew arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.
Refurbished items: products described as refurbished or factory serviced carry the warranty stated on their product page, provided by the fulfilment partner. Keep the packaging for the warranty period.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the item reaching us.
Return shipping: the buyer covers return postage unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we send a prepaid label.
