Every Ombrava order ships from Canada.
Where we deliver: Canada and the United States. We are not yet shipping to the UK, Europe or Australia. When we open those markets they will appear at checkout.
Handling: most items are dispatched by our Canadian fulfilment partners within about 2 business days of your order. Our own-brand products ship from Surrey, British Columbia.
Delivery estimates after dispatch: Canada 2 to 7 business days. United States 5 to 10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Tracking: every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Duties: orders to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the carrier. Those are not included in our prices.
